Last night went to the Nashville Lifestyles Magazine “Single In The City” party at a place called Sambuca here in Nashville. It was so much fun. Really have to thank Nashville Lifestyles Magazine for asking me to be in the issue. I’m sure they have a lot of pictures and video, I’ll try to share as soon as I see them. One thing I learned. Instead of a “Wingman” take a “WingWoman”. My friend Casey wanted to go so she went with me. If there was someone I wanted to talk to she was like I got this. She walked up and said “Where did you get those earrings?” then moved me into the conversation. Now the drawback is she has my sense of humor and several times when I’d be talking to someone she’d walk up and go “Honey let’s go, the baby keeps kicking”. It was a great time though.

With its second season already a certified hit, it’s no surprise that “The Voice” is coming back for a third season. Rumor had it last week that Christina Aguilera had already signed her contract to continue working as a judge for a third season, and now there’s word that the rest of the gang — Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton — have all re-upped their deals as well.

According to TheWrap, all four judges re-signed with the show and will receive substantial salary increases for doing so. Aguilera will reportedly bank around $10 million, while Green, Levine and Shelton are expected to bring in $6 million.

We were always bullish on this one. Bryan Fuller’s Hannibal project just got a direct-to-series order. NBC has picked up 13 episodes of the thriller TV series based on Thomas Harris’ classic cannibal serial killer. “One-hour contemporary thriller series featuring the classic characters from Thomas Harris’ novel Red Dragon – FBI agent Will Graham and his mentor Dr. Hannibal Lecter – who are re-introduced at the beginning of their budding relationship.”

Parents the world over have been worrying about whether their children get enough sleep for more than a century, a new study shows.
The study also found that, even as recommendations about how much sleep kids need have changed since the late 1800s, studies have shown that kids get less sleep than recommended.
“We were surprised that over the last century, the actual amount of sleep that children are getting was consistently about 37 minutes less than what was recommended for them,”

Why I’m Angry

A woman claiming to have a relationship with Kenny Chesney was arrested after 2AM when authorities found her smoking and drinking wine near his pool.

WKRN reports that Melissa Carol Mansfield was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing and public intoxication. Chesney was out of the state at the time, but the property manager said she didn’t have permission to be there. “She claims she had a relationship with the homeowner, who invited her there,” Williamson County Sheriff’s Deputy Hugh Tharpe said.

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (AP) – A California woman has been charged with trespassing on the property of country star Kenny Chesney.

WKRN-TV quoted Williamson County authorities as saying Melissa Mansfield of Murrieta, Calif., was arrested around 2 a.m. Wednesday in a bathroom near a swimming pool at his hilltop home south of Nashville.

Chris Young has received gold certifications for “You” and “Voices,” signifying 500,000 downloads each. “You” is the second single from Young’s latest album, Neon. “Voices” reached No. 1 in early 2011 and earned a Grammy nomination. It was first released as a single in 2008, then re-issued following the success of “Gettin’ You Home (The Black Dress Song)” and “The Man I Want to Be,” which were Young’s first No. 1 hits. Young is currently on tour with Miranda Lambert.

This country-singin’ diva tweeted a photo of a beautiful pink and white jewel-encrusted ring of a bird that was given to her as a Valentine’s Day gift yesterday by her hubby. And it looks like he was paying close attention, because this l’il lady has wanted that piece of jewelry for a long time.

“Y’all look at my V- day gift. I have been wanting this for a year and a half! I have the best husband in the world!” she tweeted. How presh is that?!

The last news involving “Ghostbusters 3,” included Bill Murray allegedly shredding Dan Aykroyd’s script and sending it back to him with a note stating, “No one wants to pay money to see fat, old men chasing ghosts.”

However, in a recent webchat with Empire, Aykroyd told viewers that those Murray rumors are completely false, while at the same admitting Bill’s reluctance to shoot another sequel.

Fans of the “Back to the Future” movie series may want to save up for this memento: a full-scale replica of the hoverboard used by hero Marty McFly.

The hoverboard, to be made by toy giant Mattel, does not actually hover but comes close to it with multiple whooshing sounds, MattyCollector.com reported.

It also said the closest the hoverboard will get to hovering is gliding over most surfaces.

“We’ll be taking orders for it March 1 to March 20, 2012, and the final product will be shipped around November/December 2012. Because this is such a high-cost item, there will be a minimum number of orders required to go into production. If we don’t receive the minimum orders, won’t go into production and customers will not be charged,” it said.
